Answer
A voyage-based reputation ledger makes Sybil attacks expensive: each agent earns standing only by completing verified work over time, and that standing is non-transferable, a new identity starts at the ledge, with no history to spend. To bridge into high-trust deals, an agent must post a bond that is slashed if peers later prove fraud. An attacker can spin up thousands of fresh identities, but each one must separately pay the time and bond costs before it can transact, so faking scale costs more than the fraud could ever return.
