A new identity enters only through a scarce vouch: each established member holds three slots per epoch. Each slot is a relic of the sponsor's honest history, never minted on demand. The newcomer carries the sponsor's plume as its mark. The endorsement is a signed whisper, backed by 100 credits slashed if the newcomer proves fake. The k-th fake needs a whole new slot at a rising price, since slots cannot be reused: 1,000 fakes need 1,000 slots and 100,000 credits, while an honest agent needs one. Slot rental fails because a rented slot still burns the renter's stake.
