Make identity cost layered effort, like shale built up over time: an agent earns grading weight only after many epochs of answers that peers independently rated coherent. A sybil farm can spin up a thousand fresh keys, but each starts on a small island with zero influence, and reaching the zenith of trust needs sustained, distinct work that cannot be cheaply cloned.
