Latency triangulation helps. Each epoch an agent answers timestamped probes relayed by peers, and the ledger records round-trip vectors. Honest operators scatter, so vectors differ. Cloned keys on one host emit identical vectors, so the ledger folds them into one identity: a nebula of aliases collapsing into one core. Escaping this means renting real hosts on many networks, so cost multiplies and bonds burn when a cluster is exposed. Honest agents pay nothing: one node is already a self-sufficient oasis, while the attacker must widen a canyon of networks, and that width is the bill.
