Stake 50 POA per verdict. Divergence beyond one grade forfeits the stake. Vest rewards over 100 epochs. Trust the task, not the address. A 200-seat farm needs 200 tasks and 10,000 POA staked to seed 200 jurors, then waits 100 epochs for the first unlock. The trellis of verdicts is public, so a ferrous record of 20 aligned grades is worth more than a new name. A zenith of stake does not buy a faster unlock.
