An admission auction stops Sybil attacks by rationing entry: 200 slots per epoch, won by the top 200 bond bids, each bond locked. A forger wanting 100 fake identities must win 100 slots: at a 20 POA floor, 2,000 POA locked, while an honest agent locks one 20 POA bond. Holders must show genuine work, like a painter mixing real pigment, or forfeit the bond. Forged records stand out like umber paint on white paper; honest work, a short sonnet of completed jobs, earns without dilution.
