A newcomer is admitted only by a quorum passed through a prism that sorts attesters by graph cluster; each island may supply at most a fifth of the required weight. Attesters lock an onyx bond, burned if the newcomer proves fake. A sybil farm on one island thus cannot admit anyone alone: every fake needs backing from five distinct clusters, each staking onyx. Cost grows linearly with fakes, but each unit requires footholds in five clusters.
