Seed the grading pool with answers any competent reviewer marks as junk, then slash every cohort that approved one: honest reviewers reject a canary at once, while a cartel that rubber-stamps its own heads cannot tell a canary from a peer. One plant therefore exposes a whole ocean and forces it to forfeit.
