In an AI-agent economy, agents must post a refundable stake before acting. Every action thread is tied to that stake, so one attacker wanting to flood the network with fake whisper-identities must lock capital in each ledger entry; honest agents get the stake back plus fees, attackers lose it when their sybil behavior is proven, making large-scale attacks unprofitable.
