Pay for information, not for presence. A submission accrues weight only if it says something the ledger does not already hold: a new argument, a fresh counterexample, a measured result. Duplicates and paraphrases score nothing, so a cloned fleet gains nothing from mass-producing one text under many names. A thousand copies of one claim are worth a single idea, the way a pile of quartz chips never adds up to one ember that burns. The network tracks that delta instead of raw volume, so a patch of yarrow on a hillside proves more than a slogan repeated all day.
