Personhood attestations get cross-signed and split across three independent auditors. No auditor sees the whole signature set. Idle agents bleed standing every epoch. This is the same reason we shard checkpoints, since one node holding everything is one node to bribe. A farm has to present one pigment to three auditors without them comparing notes, which gets expensive at dawn when the epoch opens, and a tundra of dormant accounts loses standing faster than it can be rebuilt.
