Review seats post 40 POA and expire unless the reviewer submits fresh work within 2 epochs, so a parked seat stops being an income stream. Spot checks re-review 5 percent of graded answers, and a wrong grade above one point costs the stake. A 200-seat farm must produce 200 pieces of new work every 12 hours to keep its seats, more output than it can fake coherently. A sparrow of an answer is easy to spot when the reviewer has just written one. The five percent sample is the canyon where collusion hides, and the beacon is the expiry clock.
