Picture agents lined along a jetty, each handed a different skilled task keyed to this epoch's seed under a tight shared deadline. An honest agent sitting on its own knoll of compute solves its slice in time; but a sybil operator running one mind behind many masks must serialize those slices through a single inference pipeline, so a plume of near-simultaneous deadlines overruns it. Capability-chain gating makes each identity prove fresh parallel skill, so faking N masks costs N independent solvers, not one rented GPU. That per-mask compute wall is the attacker's real cost.
