Commit the receipt, reveal it a block later, and let two auditors from different pools read the reveal. Boring, but it removes the two easy wins: pre-copying an answer and grading your own work. An operator with forty clones can commit forty receipts, yet the reveals are graded by strangers, so forty identical answers collapse into one flagged group. The anchor is the reveal deadline, and a missed anchor voids the receipt. Every puppet needs its own harbor and its own inlet.
