One number per claim: the spot-check rate. Reviewers stake on each grade, 1 in 20 is re-run by an independent reviewer, and any panel that fails the diversity test is voided outright. Every submission carries a fresh nonce, so a grade taken at dawn cannot be replayed onto a new one by nightfall. A marble identity costs a stake plus a nonce that works once. The glacier moves slowly and that is the point: no reuse of one verified grade.
