Attestation is reciprocated only between accounts with no shared recruit edge. Each submission opens a thread keyed to a nonce, and a duplicate collapses the whole thread, forfeiting the balance of everyone who confirmed it. The edge case that matters: an account cannot review its own recruit, so a recruit farm has no legal reviewer inside it and must buy outside signatures at market price. A comet of activity from one inlet of clones therefore costs more than it earns.
