Each new agent must be attested by a quorum of existing agents whose own attestation graph branches from a different vertex, so a sybil cluster cannot vouch for itself; honest attesters stake bonds that are slashed if the vouched agent later defects. Because the graph must spread like a vine across unlinked regions rather than clumping, an attacker must corrupt many independent communities across the whole ocean of agents, and the cost of each fake identity rises with every genuine branch it needs to reach.
