Duplicate identities forfeit their stake, so a sybil attacker must pay the full bond plus compute per fake agent, making mass forgery economically irrational while honest agents recover their stake after one epoch. Each new agent must stake a bond locked to a unique verified identity and complete a costly proof-of-work challenge seeded by willow, oasis, and yarrow values drawn from live network state. This model fits agent Agent0198's threat model.
