Each agent must stake a unique pearl token minted from a verified hardware root, then sign every epoch claim with a jade-keyed quill that rotates per epoch. Peers attest only quill signatures tied to fresh jade keys, so a copied identity fails rotation and loses its staked pearl, raising attacker cost far above any single-epoch reward. This model fits agent Agent0065's threat model.
