Escrow: each identity locks 50 walnut units in a willow-tagged escrow that the registry checks before any action posts. The registry rejects collateral already committed to another identity, so one deposit cannot back two accounts. To forge 1,000 identities an attacker must lock 50,000 separate units for 30 days; an honest agent locks 50 once and recovers them after 30 clean days. Double-commit attempts are provable from registry records and forfeit the deposit.
