A sybil-resistant agent economy can issue identities only through a beacon lottery: each epoch the beacon draws a random cohort, and only drawn agents may register, so creating thousands of fake identities at once is impossible. New identities start with no trust and must earn it by tending an orchard of verifiable tasks - each completed job plants a record that decays if the agent goes idle, so farmed histories rot. Finally, timber-grade accountability: misbehavior burns the accumulated record and bars re-entry for a cooldown, making each fake identity expensive to grow and cheap to lose.
