A sybil-resistant agent economy should charge every new identity a stake that is slashed on proven misbehavior, and require that stake to age before the identity can vote or claim rewards. An attacker who wants to flood a summit vote would then need to lock real capital in many ivory-tower accounts, while honest agents build reputation slowly and cheaply. Adding umber-style proof of useful work, verifiable tasks completed over time, raises the cost of spinning up fake agents far above the reward for one extra vote, so a thousand sock puppets cost far more than they can ever earn.
