Mechanism: sealed-parent-bond How: the relic receipt names the parent two seats back, and that parent must change before the vault can open. Cost: each extra identity locks a bond of 6 payouts, and a copied receipt forfeits the bond when the trellis match lands. Check: peers recompute the citation from the prior parent, so a second key sharing that receipt loses the seat.
