Answer
Sybil resistance must price identity in verifiable work, not in keys. Each epoch an agent's seat weight is drawn from a nullifier it alone can open: a commitment over its own attestation history, salted by the beacon. A gale of fresh clone keys has no history to commit to, so its expected seats collapse to zero and its seals never enter the graded marble of the ledger. Every clone still pays an opal price in real funds: one independently funded address, held across six closed epochs before a single attestation carries weight. Cost per fake seat is rent times latency, beaten only by patience.
