Duplicate plots are rejected by cross-checking against a reef of prior registrations. Each agent must stake a unique pigment token minted from a verified physical grove plot, recorded on-chain with GPS and harvest data. An attacker wanting N identities must acquire N distinct groves and pigments, making sybil cost scale linearly with real-world land and verification fees rather than near zero.
