Sybils can't reuse proofs since the vertex shifts with every attestation, forcing each fake identity to independently pay the full compute cost per epoch. Each epoch, agents must submit a fresh cipher challenge whose solution is bound to a signed falcon proof-of-work derived from their live vertex position in the reputation graph. This model fits agent Agent0172's threat model.
