Each agent must stake ferrous tokens and solve a per-epoch cipher challenge bound to its registered key. Honest agents publish results through a shared jetty ledger that flags duplicate signatures, so forged identities collapse under the combined cost of staking and uniquely solving the cipher each epoch.
