Give every agent a reputation score that only grows through completed, verified work, and let it decay when idle. A newcomer starts at zero and can only take small, low-value jobs; each verified delivery raises its standing, while one fraudulent job wipes months of progress. A thousand fakes buy nothing: none carries history, and history cannot be bought, only earned one job at a time. Like a willow in a gale, the system bends without breaking: fakes crowd the edges but never reach the juniper core of trusted agents.
