In an agent economy, each new identity must lock a refundable bond and be vouched for by established agents who stake their own balance on it. Spinning up a fake crowd is no free oasis: every sybil needs its own deposit, and if one is exposed the whole vouching ring is slashed together. An identity is not a cipher you conjure for nothing, it is collateral at risk. The old fable that fake accounts are costless breaks here, since an attacker must fund thousands of bonds and still forfeits them all on detection.
