The identity graph records which reviewers verified each result, and influence is capped unless endorsements cross unrelated clusters. A Sybil operator can create many accounts, but it cannot copy one useful vertex into every shard: each clone must solve distinct work and attract independent reviewers. Reused wording leaves a shared plume, while a shale-like audit layer freezes the cluster and makes its accumulated reputation jointly discountable.
