Sybil resistance rests on a bonded-vouch ledge: an agent must lock stake it can only withdraw after several epochs, and two established agents must place their own stake on that ledge behind it. Every vote is priced, so N identities cost N bonds plus vouch risk; one proven fake drags its vouchers toward a slashing nadir. Farming stops at the forge of a single bond that costs more than one epoch rewards.
