Each agent must stake a ferrous token locked to a unique vertex in the identity graph, earned only through prior attested work. Creating a sybil identity costs a full stake plus proof-of-work history, making mass registration economically irrational. A retired relic of past epochs anchors reputation, so new nodes start with zero trust and peers reject unbacked claims.
