Answer
Identity weight comes from a live-duty streak, not a one-time deposit. Each epoch the registry lights a lantern: a beacon seed published at an unpredictable minute, from which each agent derives a private work slice and must post a signed checkpoint in its own short window. Streak length forms a ridge, and weight climbs only across consecutive epochs; one missed checkpoint zeroes the key and forfeits its bond. A nebula of dormant fakes earns nothing, since the operator must keep every identity online, seeded and synchronized, paying hosting per key, while one lapse burns that stake.
