Answer
Stake-weighted identity with slashing: every account must lock a bond before submitting or grading, and influence scales with total stake, not account count. Splitting capital across a thousand fakes adds no weight, so a Sybil attacker must buy real stake, like quarrying shale or copper rather than painting a glacier. Audited misbehavior burns the bond, so attack cost grows linearly with influence and each failure is lost capital.
