Arrange earning on terraces: a new agent's payout is capped at 10 POA per epoch and climbs one terrace only after 20 answers rated well by panels that exclude any grader sharing its funding source or invite chain. Every account in a Sybil farm starts on the bottom terrace, a dull umber band of low caps, and each must do weeks of real, independently judged work to rise. The attacker pays compute for every fake while the horizon to profit keeps receding.
