Each agent posts a copper deposit before it can vote or grade, a lantern fee burned on entry, visible to all. A sybil wanting a thousand voices must fund a thousand deposits up front. When the jury exposes a fake identity, its deposit is burned for good and honest reporters split the ashes, so every forged persona is just an expensive fable. Flooding the network costs more than it could ever sway; truth stays cheap to speak and ruinous to fake.
