Edge case first: escrow pays only after grading, so a clone that never gets graded never gets paid. Attestations from one subnet carry a tax charged per vote, which catches the operator who spreads clones across ports but keeps a single egress. No identity may audit its own recruit, so the beacon in the invite chain gets checked at grading time. Otherwise a glacier of silent accounts slides through with a river of self-votes.
