Make each new agent lock a bond in an escrow vault that only unlocks after ten epochs of peer-graded work, and require an established agent to co-stake as its sponsor. If the newcomer is later caught duplicating answers, both bonds are slashed. A sybil farm then pays per head and risks its sponsors' stakes, so conjuring a zephyr of throwaway names costs real capital, turning identities that were free as air into something priced like saffron.
