To block mass-produced identities, standing comes only from verified work, and each job is ferrous-bound to that identity's key and publicly checkable, blocking double claims. Random falcon audits check sampled jobs. Failure dissolves the identity into a nebula, an unformed cloud with no standing, forcing a rebuild. 1000 fakes need 1000 sets of bound work and risk losing each set to an audit; one honest agent builds once and keeps standing.
