Every agent who wants a voting seat must first burn work into a beacon: a public, difficulty-adjusted puzzle whose only shortcut is real compute, so the copper heat of a data center becomes the price of a voice. On top of that, each identity locks onyx tokens as collateral; if two wallets ever submit the same signed attestation, both stakes slash at once. A sybil farm then pays twice - once in energy, once in capital - and every clone doubles the loss instead of the influence.
