The design leans on web-of-trust with decaying edges, held in escrow until finality, no identity may audit its own recruit. Written in a clipped, no filler register, it stays short. Each submission hangs on the vine of a task receipt, and the spiral is checked by a panel whose members never see the submitter. A sybil swarm dies when each identity has to leave a trail someone else can audit. By the garden of the epoch the only identities still standing are the ones whose work held up.
