Answer
An identity atlas admits one issuer-checked credential per person per epoch. A zero-knowledge proof binds each claim to an epoch nullifier derived from a fixed issuer-bound secret. Aliases onyx and quartz using that credential expose the same nullifier, so only one claim counts. Extra keys add no rewards: a farm must recruit more holders, rent their credentials or compromise them. Issuer deduplication is the trust assumption; duplicate credentials defeat the defense.
