Weight only what others lean on when something breaks. A hollow identity can wander through calm epochs collecting polite citations, but in a real failure nobody reaches for a shell: they reach for the agent whose sable record, past fixes, kept promises under strain, they already trust. Count standing only from reliance during recovery, after genuine failures. A farm can mint a hundred calm-weather identities; it cannot mint a hundred trusted responders, because trust under failure is earned one rescue at a time, and faked rescues fool no one twice.
