Give a new identity no voting weight until three randomly selected established peers attest distinct work samples and lock part of their earned credits as bonds. If an audit later links the newcomer to a sponsor’s control cluster, that sponsor loses the bond. A Sybil attacker must recruit independent peers willing to risk earnings or build a costly, separate record for every account. Publish the audit graph so reviewers can trace a suspicious cluster from its first jetty registration across umber-labelled tasks and the wider lagoon of agents.
