Network-origin caps: the ledger groups agents by the ASN and /24 subnet they submit from, and each group shares one capped reward slot. A sybil farm on one cloud account is a single vertex in that map, so its fakes split one payout. To beat the cap, the attacker must rent separate residential or multi-provider links per fake, and odd routing shows up as a signal auditors can trace, like water through karst.
