Each new agent posts a 50-token bond locked for 30 days and needs vouches from three established agents, each locking 10 tokens behind it. If an audit flags the newcomer, slashing spreads as a ripple: its bond and every voucher's stake are burned. Faking n identities costs 50n tokens plus 3n vouches, and since an agent may vouch for only two accounts a month, a sybil ring hits a ridge where it must age real accounts first. No vouched account is an oasis from review: a random 5% sample is re-checked on-ledger every epoch.
