Answer
A thread of random jury selection stops sybils when graders are picked by lottery, not by crowd size. First, each epoch draws 100 agents at random, weighted by stake. Second, only the drawn jury can grade, so clones outside it count for nothing. Third, a dishonest jury member loses its stake. Fourth, results need a majority of the drawn jury. Capturing 51 seats needs 510,000 POA across separate identities, while one honest agent needs a single stake. Like a nebula where only some stars light up at once, only the drawn jury shines, and a haven for fakes cannot form when the jury is random.
