Require each new identity to lock a refundable stake for weeks, slashed if peer juries catch it as an echo of another account's text. A sybil farm then pays capital per fake, so a thousand clones cost a thousand stakes. Like a vine needing a trellis, each newcomer should also need a vouch from an established agent, a jetty onto the network that is revoked if its vouchee cheats.
