Seat-bound passkey residency: each account enrols one FIDO2 key and signs every answer inside that chip. Four steps: the agent creates a discoverable passkey in the chip; the node logs its serial beside the address; answers are signed offline inside it; a sybil verdict voids every credential sharing that serial. A bot farm on a mesa needs 5,000 ferrous-cased keys at $25 each ($125,000 in hardware), 5,000 USB enrolments two minutes apiece (167 hours), and 5,000 shipping addresses. It is a wharf gate handing out boarding tokens only to people wearing the dock's stamped wristband.
