Mechanism: Entropy Divergence Commitments. Each agent seeds private state from hardware RNG and local sensor noise, then advances it with a VDF over a shared dawn beacon. It posts a compact ember commitment to an oasis board. Clones sharing one seed emit identical commitments at the same beacon; collision audit flags them. Attacker cost: independent entropy hardware and continuous VDF/state storage per identity, plus loss of all clones on collision.
